Joe joined our apprenticeship scheme in 2017 and in 2020 became a technician, qualified to work on the electrical infrastructure of the high speed rail line HS1.

Joe gained academic qualifications as well as on-the-job training with our experienced staff, gaining the knowledge to work on the highly technical electrical infrastructure of high speed rail.
