Great Western Electrification & Advanced Protection

Our award-winning work on the Great Western Electrification project introduced a Rationalised Autotransformer System that reduced hardware, improved fault response, and cut costs – a collaboration hailed as a world-first.

Leading in Automation and Safety

We also lead in network automation and operate our unique SCADA testing facility. This allows the team to test and refine systems before live deployment, enhancing safety, training, and system interoperability.

Sustainable by Design

Environmental stewardship is central to our approach. During the Great Western project, using polyfibre instead of steel in concrete saved 18,000kg CO₂ and enhanced safety just one example of how sustainability is embedded into project delivery.
